Very clean and comfortable place. The space was warm and well maintained, and everything worked smoothly during the stay. Check-in and check-out were simple, and communication was clear. Would stay again.

Katie’s place was wonderful!! The house and property was so beautiful. Our favorite part of the stay was the hotub that looks out to the lake. This stay would’ve been even better if it was during the summer!! Our favorite part of the house was the living room due to the view!!! Katie was so responsive and gave us some wonderful recommendations. I would definitely stay again!

We stayed at Katie's home while visiting family in the area. The house was so beautiful and immaculate! It fit our family size perfectly and allowed many of our family members to come together from different cities and all stay together. We enjoyed being able to have a home large enough to accommodate all of us so we could have fun visiting in the evenings and early mornings during our times outside of the planned activities over the weekend. Katie anticipated all of our needs, had the nicest welcome basket of goodies for us to greet us, and was so flexible to work with. We will definitely plan to stay there again when we come back again to visit our extended family in the area! Would highly recommend this property and Katie!

I grew up in Lake Orion and Rochester, and I brought my son up for his first visit to Michigan. I couldn’t have picked a better place to stay, especially considering the price and location. The view and water access are fantastic, and everything I wanted to do was within about a 20-minute drive. It’s very close to two of my favorite spots (Mannies and Eva’s) and only 20 minutes from downtown Rochester. The house was quiet and very clean. Don’t overthink it, just book it. The reviews speak for themselves. I would absolutely stay here again

Truly loved our stay! We really enjoyed the hot tub and the lake view! The snow was a beautiful surprise! We also enjoyed how well thought out Katie made this Airbnb… it literally has anything that you could think of to make it truly welcoming, homey and relaxing! From having complimentary coffee, to fans in the room, board games and tons of towels.
Honestly, the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at so far. ☺️

lake are beautiful. I had in-person client meetings, and it was perfect for my purposes. There is a huge dining room table that looks out onto the water. So we could all spread out with computers and have a peaceful view. We took breaks and watched some of the Olympics, and there was plenty of room on the sectional for everyone. It was a really comfy sectional, too. Sometimes they are stiff and uncomfortable, but this one was so relaxing. The kitchen was well appointed and the refrigerator was immaculate. I slept over, and the bed was heavenly. I am not sure what type of mattress that is, but I had very restful sleep and felt totally refreshed. One of the nicest things was the checkout. I just had to start the dishwasher and that was it. Overall, this was an outstanding stay. Katie answered all questions and made helpful suggestions. Definitely booking again in the summer to go fishing!

Katie was a wonderful host, she was super friendly, very responsive and her home was beautiful and very peacefully decorated. The hot tub was super relaxing overlooking the lake and the neighbor was friendly as well. I definitely recommend the stay and hope I can make it back for a future visit!

awesome home! it has everything you need and more! I only needed my own clothes and the rest was provided. so thoughtful, and Katie was very friendly and helpful. we lived seeing the lake and snowed sight everyday and would love to come back here in the summer too.

We had an amazing stay at Katie’s farmhouse. The home was spotless, beautifully prepared, and even better than the photos. Every question I had was answered almost immediately. Katie’s communication was consistently quick and helpful. Our group felt completely comfortable and welcomed the entire time.
I would absolutely recommend staying here and would love to come back in the future.

Our family had a wonderful stay! The house was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared with special touches — even some delicious snacks waiting for us when we arrived. The house was nice and spacious, the beds were very comfortable, and every space felt welcoming and well cared for. Katie, our host, was incredibly responsive and accommodating — she answered every question quickly and made sure we had everything we needed. We are so grateful for such a great time together with family visiting from out of town. Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable and cozy stay. Thank you!
